Shipping
A Tracking number will be provided, which you can then enter into the corresponding courier website
We ship with overnight shipping within New Zealand. If a product is out of stock (Back-Order), you will be notified and it will be sent to you in approximately one to two weeks. Delays may happen if you live rural or if there is a courier issue such as a public holiday.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, and for safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been dispatched.
If your order is lost or damanged in transit, Life-Forge will resend it at no extra cost.
